CARE & Maintenance
For ongoing maintenance, simply use mild, non-abrasive soap and cleaners. The sealer is stain and scratch resistant; however, normal care should be exercised and abrasives avoided. Wipe or rinse products after use for best results.
Like all sealed concrete, the sealer on your Vast product will eventually need to be refreshed. Timing varies based on use, but we generally recommend resealing products every 5 years.
Vast products are extremely durable; however, like all sealed products, sometimes sharp objects can cut into the sealer, causing dark spots to appear when wet. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at trade@vaststudio.com if your sink or tub is damaged during transit.
To maintain the exquisite new look of vour VAST tub follow these simple steps;
Just use warm water, a soft sponge, and mild liquid detergent or non-abrasive cleaner to wipe the surfaces clean and then rinse thoroughly. NEVER USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS.
Do not allow the surface to come into contact with products such as acetone (nail polish remover), nail polish, dry cleaning solutions, lacquer thinners, gasoline, pine oil, etc.
Remove dust and dry dirt with a soft damp cloth.Clean grease, oil, paint, and ink stains with isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.
Avoid using razor blades or other sharp instruments that might scratch the surface.
