Boat-Shaped Freestanding Concrete Bathtub

A sculptural boat-shaped freestanding bathtub, handmade in Los Angeles from lightweight concrete. Taller than it is wide, it supports a fully upright recline, and its sweeping sides open outward for a striking silhouette whether the tub is empty or full.

Lifted by a sash cut inward at its base, the shape of a ship’s prow blooms: a nod to exploration and the conquest of the self.

How much does it weigh when full?
About 335 lbs empty and roughly 969 lbs filled with water, before a bather. Have your contractor confirm the floor can carry the load.
